Understand these are difficult times but my order/money was taken then order cancelled 10 days later, 'out of stock'. My money was refunded promptly but had to re-order somewhere else. I lost 3 weeks trying to get my tree. Won,t bother again as other nurseries are more efficient and reliable.
Very good service during Covid 19 and quick delivery of my 3 acer trees. The 10L osakazuki and the 5L Orido Nishiki are very healthy and stunning looking trees. The 3L Katsura was not in such good condition. and had bad leaf scorch. Customer service are resolving this at the moment hopefully. I would order again from this company and would recommend. They are at least offering a good customer service department for things that go wrong.

I’ve bought from Grasslands before and on both occasions everything that came was as ordered and delivered on time. They offer quality plants and bushes at a good price, so no complaints from me!
Plants delivered very swiftly, well packaged and in excellent condition! Even survived being delivered upside down by the courier! Plants look very strong with plenty of healthy growth.
Ordered 4 Clematis by phone in February for delivery end of March, 2 weeks to go and a crt email sent to me to say ‘order cancelled as we cannot sit on small orders’. No email to ask if I would take the order early.Disgusting customer service.
Absolutely fabulous service, great looking plants.Going to need another 50 hedging plants in a couple of months time - hope to use them again and hoping for a bit of a discount for a large order (cheeky I know).
It was easy to order. The delivery arrived a day early, but I was at home so it wasn’t a problem. May I say thank you to the delivery man. It was a very heavy delivery he did it without complaint and was very polite.
The hedging plants and trees were of an excellent quality, good size and just as described in the website. I have purchased numerous plants recently from other suppliers but these are the best we have received. The delivery arrived on time and the driver was very helpful. Will use Grasslands in the future and can thoroughly recommend them.

Thankyou for my lovely plants. Well grown, roots through the bottom, healthy foliage,good price,speedy delivery.Already planted in my new hedge.Very pleased
Disappointing experience. I explicitly requested, and was assured I would receive, a delivery with mini forklift to move 4 very heavy laurels onto my drive. The driver knew nothing of this upon arrival, had no forklift, and thus could not do anything other than leave them straight off the lorry. I had to pay for additional labour to move plants. Customer services issue a stock apology and then failed to communicate further. Be aware, whatever is promised with delivery may not happen and you have zero recourse afterwards.
My order arrived very quickly. Really well packed and the plants were in excellent condition. I thoroughly recommend them and will be using Grasslands Nursery again.
